The Studio is adjacent to Shoebroad Barn and has ample parking and Garden space.

  • 1 Twin bedded room with en-suite wet room.
  • Comfortable lounge/Kitchen Diner with underfloor heating and Freeview TV.
  • Well equipped with new Fridge, Cooker etc.
  • Washing machine and dryer provided.
  • Price includes all Utilities and Linen - Bath Towels required or extra £10 per booking
  • Check in time is 3pm and guests must check out by 10am on day of departure. Deposit of £50 required on booking/confirmation.

  • January and February- £250 per week - £40 per night
  • March and April- £300 per week - £50 per night
  • May and June- £300 per week - £50 per night
  • July, August and September- £350 per week - £55 per night
  • October and November- £250 per week - £40 per night
    • Price per week excluding Christmas and Easter
